I studied architecture, but painting and children were my passion. Still is.
General Information
My mum chided me for not paying attention to my homework and term papers due to my painting and charitable urges. It's great joy to lend a helping hand, especially to less-privileged children. I'm currently teaching arts to kids with disabilities (or special needs). It's a challenge, but the reward is immeasurable, especially if I see a smile on a child's face. I plan to pursue a graduate degree next term, so teaching might take a back seat. It's won't be for long, though. We'll see.
Statement/Mission
I strongly believe that arts make a better person, and it's best to learn and appreciate it at a young age. This I learned when I had a chance to be a volunteer for a non-profit organization for fourteen months. It's a French organization in particular, but it didn't matter.
