I graduated Bishop Garcia Diego High School on June 5, 2010 as valedictorian. I will continue my education next fall at the University of Notre Dame, as an underclassman in the Architecture program.
General Information
I've lived in Goleta my whole life, so I'm in love with the beach =] I love being outdoors, going camping, biking, cooking and baking, swimming, taking pictures and going on my friend's photoshoots, painting, drawing, everything else that can be called art... how about, just living! :)
Statement/Mission
One of the roles of artists is to make the intangible tangible... to show and say what no one else can or dares to say - criticism, beliefs, or truths others refuse to think about. They also depict those things most people don't take time to look at - those things one walks past every day without stopping to contemplate its intricacy and admire its design. This is the part I concentrate on: representing the usual in ways that hopefully entice people to stop and enjoy what's around them in the midst of a racing pace of life.
