Francesca Perrell Parsons

Francesca Perrell Parsons is a self taught artist who has been drawing and painting California’s colorful social scenery since who knows when. She earned undergraduate and graduate degrees in Geology and Hydrogeology, respectively, to pay bills. She is an outsider and former member of the Santa Barbara Art Association and the artist collective, Art Soup. Francesca specializes in emotional issues, nighttime scenery and western “pulp” art.
