General Information
CBaum has always been interested in art from a very early age she started creating art 9 years old. She spent
all her time drawing things in her sketch pad. At 16 from South Carolina she started painting in water color doing
mainly paintings of models. From there she progressed onto oil paints and acrylic paints. At 21 CBaum moved to
California in 1986 Graduated - Art Instruction Schools, College Certificate of Completion 1990.
CBaum says she enjoys painting celebrity portraits abstract and that it's more of a challenge for her to create.
When finished with a painting she would step back and look at the effects she creates in her abstract
celebrity portrait. Using glitter, gold, silver and sometimes melted metal and fluorescent colors.
Today CBaum has sold many paintings & continues her art career. If you would like to buy one of her celebrity

1989 Won Blue Ribbon Art Award - Art Instruction Schools for outstanding achievement in the development of artistic skills.
1990 Graduated - Art Instruction Schools Certificate of Completion.
1990 Art Instruction School Contest: Won $300.00, 3rd place, for abstract oil painting. "Angery Man"
1991 California - Louisiana ART & Artist Guild 120 artist. 57 chosen & CBaum.

1998 Old Town Orange still life contest - Won 3rd place for abstract painting. Contest was not for abstract art.

2003 Dover Gallery Newport Beach - Exhibited 12 paintings and 6 mask.
2006 Cafe Tu Tu Tango Restaurant of Orange at the the Block - She painted live.
